At Kodo Kids, I audited the STEM page, which had a high bounce rate. Even though the page had a really cool cover image, it wasn't converting into sales. The conclusion at Kodo was that “STEM” wasn't a successful word for them, but I pursuaded them to let me investigate further. I used A/B testing to improve functionality, which dramatically increased conversion from 0% to 5%. Now this STEM page not only converts people into first-time users, it's also the most profitable page for Google Ads.
